We accept Returns & Exchanges for Puree Silk products that have not been worn & have the original tags still attached. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to return or exchange your product. You can contact us at [email protected] or via Facebook Messenger. Please do not return your order without contacting us first.
We do not offer pre-paid return labels for orders sent outside the United Kingdom.
Due to the personal nature of this item, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges of product that have been worn, washed, used or do not have the original tags attached.
Our products are handmade, and we inspect each product before dispatch, however if there is a defect in your product, please contact us right away.

Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. However, we are currently experiencing very high demand which has caused some dispatches to be delayed by 1-5 working days. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
UK Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24/48. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive. Most orders arrive in 1 working day after dispatch.
We currently offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50!
Please Note: Royal Mail 1st Class does not include a tracking number. We will be unable to track the progress of your parcel if it is delayed. Tracked 24/48 and signed parcels do include a tracking number which you will receive in your dispatch confirmation.
